Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These Terms & Conditions describe the basic rules for using Quickbox's customer portal and courier services.

1. Accounts and information

Customers must provide accurate contact, package, invoice, delivery, and customs information. Login details and customer codes must be kept secure and used only for the account to which they were issued.

2. Courier services

Service availability, shipping schedules, package estimates, delivery areas, and collection options may change because of warehouse operations, carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside Quickbox's reasonable control.

3. Packages and restricted items

Customers are responsible for confirming that items are legal to export, import, and transport. Prohibited, dangerous, restricted, or permit-controlled items must not be shipped without the required approval. Packages may be inspected by carriers, warehouse operators, customs authorities, or other authorized parties.

4. Rates, invoices, and payments

Applicable freight, processing, customs, storage, delivery, and special-handling charges are shown by Quickbox. Published rates may depend on actual or volumetric weight, package dimensions, declared value, freight method, and third-party charges. Customers should review invoices and raise questions before completing payment.

5. Tracking and notifications

Tracking events and delivery estimates are operational updates rather than guarantees. Customers should keep their email address and phone number current so package, invoice, and delivery notices are not missed.

6. Delivery and collection

Customers must provide accurate delivery instructions and suitable identification when requested. Failed delivery, redelivery, storage, or third-party collection charges may apply according to Quickbox's current service rules.

7. Portal use

The portal must not be used for fraud, unauthorized access, harmful uploads, unlawful shipments, or interference with Shiptriva, Quickbox, carriers, warehouses, or other customers.

8. Records and account closure

Customers may request account assistance or deletion. Operational shipment, invoice, payment, delivery, support, audit, fraud-prevention, and compliance records may be retained when needed for business operations, legal obligations, security, or disputes.

9. Contact
